As Product Manager at Verity Nature, I collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, co-founders, and the lead developer to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for multiple region-specific products. I co-lead cross-functional design and development teams, ensuring alignment between product vision and business objectives. From ideation to high-fidelity UI design, I play a hands-on role in conceptualizing features, structuring development timelines, and maintaining an efficient release pipeline across all product tracks.

Conducted comprehensive analysis of the Vietnamese sports market to identify opportunities and establish a niche for home bouldering gym.
